WHAT
IS IT?
The 22nd Row is a a free electronic newsletter featuring items
written and submitted by its readers.
HOW MUCH
DOES IT COST?
It is e-mailed to you for FREE at the e-mail account of your choosing.
It is not a "printed on paper" newsletter that is sent via the
postal service. There is no cost; however, it is requested that subscribes
take time to unsubscribe when changing e-mail accounts or when its delivery
is no longer desired.
HOW OFTEN
DOES IT COME OUT?
When
what became The 22nd Row Digest first started in 1992, it came
out once-a-day, 365 days per year. ) Today, The 22nd Row comes
out as frequently as daily during periods of album releases or new touring,
or as infrequently as once or twice a month during times of less John/Taupin
news activity and discussion.
HOW MUCH
SPACE WILL EACH DIGEST TAKE UP IN MY MAIL BOX?
On average, each edition of The 22nd Row Digest is about 25K. It
features only plain text, no graphics or fonts.
IS THIS

CAN MY
WRITINGS BE REJECTED?
In rare instances, they can be, if they encourage illicit activities such
as bootlegging or contain grossly incorrect information that might
cause harm or if they contain personally invasive information (like Elton's
home address).
WHAT
HAPPENS IF MY WRITING IS REJECTED?
You will received an e-mail explaining why and how it might be re-written
for inclusion.
ARE POSTS
EDITED?
Very rarely and only if minor and only to clarify given information so
as to reduce any confusion. If an item is edited, it will be enclosed
by square brackets:
[This
is an example of edited text as it would appear in the Digest.]
HOW DO
I SUBSCRIBE OR UNSUBSCRIBE?
Click the appropriate link below to subscribe or unsubscribe as needed.
To change addresses, send an unsubscribe request regarding the old address
and then send a subscribe request from the new address. Unsubscribe requests
do not have to originate from the same e-mail account as the one you wish
to unsubscribe. However, subscribe requests must be sent from the e-mail
account you wish subscribed. When you send a subscribe request, you will
be sent an e-mail telling you how to confirm your subscription.

CAN MY
SUBSCRIPTION EVER BE DROPPED WITHOUT NOTICE?
Yes, but only if the Digests sent to you are returned to The 22nd Row
as "undeliverable."
